I recently spent the day with Alessandra viewing 4 properties around Augusta. She was professional, honest and forthcoming with her thoughts on each. She also took time in helping me familiarise myself with the area. Although this trip was not successful I will continue to work with Alessandra in my search.

Purchased a house in Noto through E&V with help of Alessandra. It was an outstanding experience throughout. Efficient, honest and with good communication. I was also helped after the sale with setting up utilities and other services. Highly professional people.

We worked with Flavia Carpano in Noto and she was super be throughout. Extremely good judgement about what property would be appropriate, excellent English and responsive at all times. She really cared about the outcomes and we achieved a very happy purchase. Above all she went above and beyond in assisting us on transferring over the bills and excellent advice on where to buy things and generally get organised. We can’t recommend her highly enough.
